17 Honored with ‘Pride of India Award’ at Bharat Bhagya Vidhata Event in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], April 22: In the holy presence of Jain Acharya P.P. Padmasagar Suriji Maharaj Saheb and Rashtrasant Gurudevshri Namramuni Maharaj Saheb and of honorable Governor Shri Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, Feelings Multimedia Ltd. and Feelings Foundation conducted the 18th Pride of India Award Ceremony. The dignitaries included former Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani, retired Chief Secretary Shri P. K. Laheri as well as retired Justice of Gujarat and Jharkhand High Court, Shri P. P. Bhatt and CMD-Editor of Feelings Multimedia Ltd. Shri Atulbhai Shah.

The ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata – Nation First’ program was inaugurated with the blessings of the national saint, Gurudevshri Namramuni Maharaj Saheb, following which Jain Acharya Bhagwantman P.P. Padmasagar Suriji Maharaj Saheb recited Manglik.

Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, welcomed the initiative of honoring individuals working in various fields, with the spirit of putting the country first. He said, it is a sign of a wise society when the right person is honored at the right time, by the right organization.

Governor Shri Acharya Devvrat in his inspiring speech said that, “Knowledge is gained through faith, respect through humility and position through merit. Thereafter, Shri Atul Shah, CMD-Editor of Feelings, welcomed the Jain priests as well as the dignitaries and invitees and expressed his happiness. He also expressed the noble desire to build a site equipped with modern facilities for mentally challenged children and helpless elderly people in the society.

For their outstanding contribution in the fields of science, spirituality, art, sports, industry and social service, renowned personalities from home and abroad such as Shri Rahul Shukla family (USA) and Shri Nishith Mehta (Microsign Products) were awarded the Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Award. Shri Hirabhai, Shri Kiranbhai Vora (Asopalav) and Shri Pradeep Trivedi were awarded the Gujarat Ratna Award. Shri Bhupatbhai Sukhdiya and Smt. Jagruti Sukhdiya (Shri Radhe Dairy Farm and Foods Ltd.) were awarded the Business Award. Master Miran Bhatt was awarded the Young Star Award. Shri Nitin Mehta from UK, was given the International Animal Rights Activist Award, Shri Jitendra Chauhan, Shri Bipinbhai Chauhan, (Jade Blue) received the Fashion Award. Shri Yogeshbhai Lakhani (Bright Outdoor) was given the Golden Achievement Award, Shri Vishnubhai Pandya, journalist, writer, historian and columnist was awarded the Literature Award. Shri Siddharthbhai Shah was given the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Shri Prakashbhai Sanghvi (Ratnamani Metals and Tubes), the Jain Ratna Award, Shri Chandraprakash Doshi (American Steels Pvt. Ltd.), the Young Achievers Award, Hon. Brahmachari Shri Niranjananandji (Dr. Dhananjay Shastri) was honored with the Dharma Rakshak Award, Smt. Geeta Agarwal with the Change Maker Award, Yogacharya Shri Rajesh Barot with the Health and Fitness Award, and Shri Devangbhai’s team of Expertz Holidays was honored with the Event Management Award.
